Pro-Health International (PHI), a faith-based, non-profit organization executing HIV/AIDS comprehensive treatment, care and support projects in the Federal Capital Territory, Plateau and Nassarawa states requires the services of the qualified individual for the position:

Responsibilities: The incumbent shall work under the supervision of the SI Advisor to provide mentorship and guidance to facility M & E staff on the use of program related tools and monitoring indicators, develop innovative strategies to strengthen data collection, monitoring, evaluation, analysis, reporting for the project and ensure timely submission of data generated at facilities.

Requirements: A degree in Statistics, Population Studies, Public Health or Social Science (or equivalent) required. Master's Degree in Social Sciences or Management or Development studies preferably with a health focus is an advantage. A minimum of 3 years relevant monitoring and evaluation experience and also research and evaluation experience, including the ability to analyze research and evaluation findings and other information for the benefit of practitioners in health development, ideally in the HIV/AIDS sector.
