German Scholarships: DAAD Artists in Berlin Programme

This residential program for international artists of all countries and all ages is one of the most internationally renowned scholarship programs. A jury annually selects approximately 20 international guests. Artists in the fields of literature, film and music may apply. For visual arts, a jury recommends artists for invitation and applications are therefore not possible.

Duration: 12 months (filmmakers 6 months)

Value: In addition to a monthly grant, an apartment, workspace (studio) and funds for projects relating to Berlin are provided.
