Job Title:  Field Manager

Requirements:
•   Bachelors degree with major in Training, Organizational Design, Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology, Business/Technical Writing, Communications, Literature, Psychology, or a related subject.
•   Experience in retail, FMCG or fast paced service industry.
•   Ability to research, write behavioural objectives, and write training materials.
•   Computer competence and the ability to use media tools effectively.
