Job Title: Regional Manager (West, East)

Location: Nigeria

Employer: Publishing Firm

The Job:  – Covering the whole of West and East of Nigeria to the North and to the South.  – The regional Manager will drive implementation of all sales activities and programme of the company in their various branches ensuring that sales targets set are achieved.

Qualifications and experience:

•   The right candidate must:

•   Must have a degree from a recognized institution.

•   Possess relevant professional qualifications/membership.

•   Have minimum of 15 years working experience in a similar role and/or environment

•   An MBA may be of an advantage.

•   Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure.

•   Be highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally.

•   Ability to coordinate and produce necessary daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and reports.

•   Ability to lead teams is key.

•   Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.

Remuneration is quite competitive with other incentives.
