Requirements:

•   Minimum of B.sc in Banking/Finance, Accounting or Marketing.

•   Minimum of 7 years banking experience in a microfinance bank or in a commercial bank.

•   Post graduate qualifications in related fields and microfinance certifications will be an added advantage.

•   Should be between 33-40 years of age.
