Job Title: Facility/Contract Manager

Location: Lagos and Kano, Nigeria

Qualification and Experience:

•   Bachelor's degree in Building Sciences, Engineering or Real Estate Management

•   7 years relevant experience three of which must have been at senior management level in Facilities Management or Real Estate

•   Experience working in a commercial facility/multi-tenanted retail centre would be an added advantage

Skills and Competences:

•   Excellent Planning and Organisation Skills

•   Project Management

•   Strong Client Relationship Management skills

•   Budgeting and Reporting

•   Highly articulate with strong oral and written communication skills

•   HSE Management

•   Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools
