Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employer: Telenoetica Limited

Gender: Female/Male

Reporting to: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview: The candidate will be responsible for assisting the BDM in managing the company s interactions with current and future customers, relate with the population, organize, synchronize sales, marketing, customer service and technical support.

Job Description:

•   Work with the team to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, improving customer lifetime value.

•   Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services of the company

•   Interact with customers and partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

•   Cross sell products more effectively.

•   Help the BDM close deals faster.

•   Simplify marketing and sales process by tracking end to end sales process.

•   Discover new customers.

•   To assist the BDM with ideas and further development of the CRM and Website leading to continuous improvement.

•   Increase Company s revenues.

Qualification:

•   B.Sc, B.A, HND in any course preferably Engineering degree in telecom.

•   Experience: 3 to5 years Sales/ Marketing/ Business development.  

Skills:

•   Fluency in English.

•   Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.

•   Knowledge of sales and outstanding relationship building skill.

•   Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.

•   Knowledge of telecom solution product and services will be an added advantage.

•   Proficient in Microsoft application.
