Job Description: In charge of inspection activities for the MIIE Project

•   Implements and ensures implementation of SPIE OGS QHSE rules, instructions and precedures

•   Draws up noncompliance and/or observation reports when noting any malfunction or risk situation and transmits them to the local QHSE department

•   Adopts an eco-approach at all times in the exercise of his/her duties

•   Manages the Inspection Team

•   Supervises the risk based inspection study

•   Responsible for equipment inspectability study

•   Performs the individual Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) per equipment

•   Analyzes and uses project local legislation requirements and condition monitoring, inspections and tests for MIIE project

•   Prepares the planning to perform base line surveys

•   Completes asset registers with associated documentation

•   Gives detailed inspection scope with individual qualitative and quantitative inspection points

•   Provides inspection asset register (pipeline including SURF, structure, lifting...)

•   Provides the base line inspection preparation dossier

•   Provides reports on the risk based inspection studies, including statistics on criticality levels

•   Provides report on Emergency Pipes Repair System (EPRS)

•   Analyzes Inspection operational priced Spare Parts list with Procurement Leader

•   Provides an Inspection Strategy and the Inspection Plan

•   Is the main focal point for Inspection discussions and decisions

•   Reports to the Head of Project
