Lille down Monaco, Bordeaux beat Nice

Lille handed Monaco their first loss of the French Ligue 1 season with a hard-fought 2-0 win on Sunday as Nolan Roux's brace proved to be the difference, while Bordeaux beat Nice 2-1 and hosts Montpellier held Nantes 1-1.
