The holder of this position will report to the Board of Directors and supervise the activities of the Chief Operation Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The role will involve leading the corporate strategy and providing strategic guidance and oversight to the management team. Working closely with the Board of Director to formulate appropriate investment policies and strategies, the occupant of this position must possess the following specifications at the minimum:

•   Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration/Accounting

•   Post graduate degree (most preferred)

•   Ten (10) years professional experience in banking at senior management level

•   Strong understanding of fixed income market, bond structuring, legal intricacies of mortgage backed securities and a comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products their legal issues, payment structures and maturity matching

•   Knowledge and understanding of African banking and financial sector

The CEO position is exclusive to Nigerians (home and abroad) while other positions are open to Nigerians and non-Nigerians.
