This position will support the company's Chief Executive Officer on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations in the company.

The occupant of this position must possess the following minimum specifications:

•   Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration/Accounting

•   Post graduate degree (most preferred)

•   Minimum of (10) years industry experience in various roles

•   At least 5 – 8 years operations management experience

•   Experience in setting-up and implementing underwriting policies and procedure
