Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Person Profile: Hardworking, ethical, disciplined and result oriented who is a team player

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

Qualification: Applicant should have a degree, with a minimum of Second Class, Upper Agricultural Biology from a reputable institution,

Required Skills: Customer Service, Ability to meet sales goals, Territory Management, Prospecting skills, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships and Motivation for Sales, Interpersonal Skills plus Self-Confidence, Also applicant must have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Possess excellent driving skills

Key Duties:

•   Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts; Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory, analyses; Monitor competition by gathering current market place Information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc,

•   Recommend changes in products, service, and policy evaluating results and competitive developments,

•   Resolve Customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
