Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Nigeria

Location(s): Ibadan, Onitsha, Kaduna, Gombe, Gusau

Reports To: General Manager, Sales and Marketing

Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience; years of experience in the FMCG (fast moving consumers goods) sector is an added advantage.

Person Profile: Hardworking, ethical, disciplined and a team player

Qualification: Minimum of Second Class, Upper Division in management sciences or any relevant discipline from a reputable institution. A degree in Crop Protection or Agronomy with a thesis in Weed science or Agricultural Biology and/or a master's degree in management or any relevant and related discipline is an added advantage.

Required Skills: Ability to meet Sales Goals, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management; Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Sales Planning and Managing Profitability, A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Duties:

•   Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews: Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for territories in support of national objectives;

•    Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures: analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;

•   Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, training, and enforcing discipline of employees in assigned region and procedures,
