Play Oduamadi As A Winger - Oliseh

Former Super Eagles skipper Sunday Oliseh has advised coach Stephen Keshi to stop from playing Brescia winger Nnamdi Oduamadi as a play-maker in the senior national team or risk rubbishing the player's talent.

The AC Milan loanee has been played in the hole behind the striker in the team's last four games and has failed to ignite the form which saw him scoring four goals in his first seven games for the three time African champions. Oduamadi's performance was below par in the Eagles' Monday night thrilling 2-2 draw with Italy at Craven Cottage.

"He is a good player no question about that but for a player of his calibre going anonymous in big games like the game against Italy won't do him any good and the team.

"Naturally, he is a winger and because he has shown glimpse of brilliance in that role doesn't mean he should take it up permanently.

"Victor Moses played that role perfectly for the Eagles and with his vision, I think it will do the team good than restricting him to the flanks, Oduamadi should remain a winger with his trickery."
