Job Title: Marketer/Sales Executive

Description:

•   Sell and lease properties for the company

•   Liasing with clients via face to face meetings. email and telephone

•   Listening to customers/client requirements and presenting

•   appropriately to make a sale

•   Maintaining and developing relationships with existing

•   customers/clients in person via calls and emails whilst gaining a clear

•   understanding of their requirements

•   Gathering market and client/customer information

•   Advising on forthcoming product development and discussing special promotions

•   Feeding future buying trends back to employers

Requirements:

•   First degree in any Social Science discipline.

•   Applicants must also possess at least 5yrs post NYSC experience inthe related field

•   Excellent Interpersonal skills with strong written and oral

•   communication skills

•   Good analytical and numerical skills

•   Accuracy and attention to detail

•   Creativity and demonstrated problem solving skills

•   Seeks and utilizes feedback to improve performance

•   Applicants must not be over 30years.
