Job description: This position is responsible for company-wide implementation of all change management  and transformation initiatives .  This includes the full integration of the company mission, vision and values. It also includes leading the development of a company wide change programme that will ensure increased prodcutivity and improved business results.

Requirements:

•   A degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business.

•   Experience of at least 7-10 years in the design and development of Change Management initiatives.
