Job description: This role will ensure and oversee effective strategy communication function and strategic planning function which performs external and internal competitive analysis, conducts scenario planning, organizes and runs the annual strategy meeting, and coaches the executive team on strategic options.

Requirement:

•   MBA degree or equivalent

•   7+ year's previous experience in a targeted marketing/planning environment with solid understanding of campaign objectives, process and execution.

•   Prior management and/or team lead experience is highly preferred
