Job Title: Governance and Reporting Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job description:

•   Responsible to lead a team and make sure to control operational reporting activities and tasks on daily basis

•   Responsible and accountable for the end-to-end operational reporting activities(including operational readiness reports) towards the specific customer

•   Ensure the correct and proper delivery of Operation and maintenance as specified in the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Ericsson’s customers. (KPI SLA fulfilment)

•   Provide feedback on performance to the Field Services organization and other sponsors and ensure that appropriate improvement      actions are taken when required (KPI Service Evaluation)

•   Be very effective and highlight deviations that may arise within operation so that agreed profitability is achieved.

•   Ensure escalation procedure is followed and that expectations and perceptions of customer are at all times managed in a professional manner.

•   Monitor all operation deliveries to securing SLA fulfilment and customer satisfaction, and also to ensure no over/under deliveries

•   Establish and follow efficient procedures for analyzing business cases whilst maintaining strategic technical &commercial focus in key subject areas.

•   Identify potential add-on sales opportunities emerging from the execution of the MS contract.

•   Secure that all commitments have been confirmed from related units in proposing key operational and strategic solutions

Desired Skills and Experience:

•   The candidate will have Nigerian experience and be able to negotiate with both Nigerian and Indian-authorities.

•   He has Bachelors/Masters Degree in Telecommunications. MBA is an advantage

•   5-7 years of experience preferably familiar with Ericsson processes/procedures and good internal contact network. Ability to work on senior management level.

•   A profound overview of different technical areas in telecom, datacom and can quickly acquire new knowledge and digest new information.

•   Knowledge of Ericsson’s organisation, products and services.

•   Understands and analyses complex issues or problems, both current and potential, in order to identify the most appropriate solutions.

•   Uses strategic vision to define priorities and plan time, budget and resources realistically to achieve business objectives.

•   Strong willed and excellent negotiation skills

•   Adherence to Code of Ethics and our Core values

•   Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

•   Driven and self-starter, ability to push supporting functions to be able to deliver as to Ericsson commitment levels

•   Diplomacy and task-oriented, getting the right balance
