Job description:

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator is responsible for 'management' of state On-site Field Operation activities in the Network and to ensure that the managed organization understands and maintains the right focus on scope of work and requirements to efficiently achieve set goals.

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator is expected to be the main driver and facilitator for improvements within the managed organization related to passive and is to take full responsibility for the delegated works that may have effect on the service supply quality vs. contracted scope of work for the service supply.

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator is responsible to schedule all the work within the area of control and ensure that work is completed with the right quality within the shortest time.

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator will supervise subcontractor activities within the area of control and ensure that subcontractors deliver the committed level of service as per the contract. Regional Facility Coordinator will enforce contract terms within their region.

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator will schedule work includeing routine and non-routine maintenance work for passive as well as ensure full compliance to schedule and SLAs.

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator shall have the authority to prioritize, reschedule and even   escalate within the field operations organization / group to central assurance process so that services and resources shall be restored / maintained to specified level.

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator shall have the authority to act on relevant problems and to decide on which Field Operations procedures and routines shall be invoked to ensure that quality problems are corrected according to preventive requirements

•   Additionally, The Regional Facility Coordinator shall have the authority to specify improvement proposals to tackle operative performance issues. In order to fulfill such mandates different approaches might apply, for instance: escalated to both Field Operations Management and to support units / supplier partners.

•   The Regional Facility Coordinator has the authority to decline payment to a subcontractor on the basis that work done is incpmplete or not to the right level of quality as per the contract
