Job description:

•   As Preventive Coordinator you are overall responsible to ensure that preventive maintenance activities are executed by field teams and selected maintenance vendors as per the contractual SLA.

•   With the execution of the preventive maintenance activities it is expected that there will be very minimal incidents on the network or a zero incident network.

•   The Functional Role Preventive Coordinator shall be used as an interface between Field Services projects and sub-contractors working for the projects.

The Candidate will:

•   Plan preventive maintenance activities for both active and passive infrastructure on a monthly basis.

•   Schedule preventive maintenance activities for both active and passive infrastructure monthly and breakdown the schedule to a day-wise plan for daily follow-up.

•   Report on the fulfillment on planned maintenance activities for both active and passive as well as flag any significant deviations (SLA violations).

•   The PM coordinator will raise escalations to the Field Operations Manager or Operations Manager as may be applicable where deviations are observed in either the fulfillment on planned maintenance work or the quality of completed work.

•   Initiate corrective actions or projects to correct deviations in preventive maintenance fulfilment.

•   Ensure that PM activities are carried out using the right people, processes, tools, systems, materials as per the schedule in order to assure smooth operation.

•   The PM coordinator will sign-off every PM activity completed in the Operation in the form of Work Order that is closed and approved by the Coordinator.

•   The PM coordinator will work with the Quality supervisors to confirm that all approved work meet the quality specifications of Ericsson.

•   The PM coordinator will work with the problem management function in the field operations to ensure that all problems related to poor PM are promptly addressed and that initiatives are taken to aver future occurrence,

•   Nationality – Nigeria

•   Travel – should be willing to travel.

•   Academic degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent (B.Eng, B.Tech, HND)

•   Minimum 3-5 years' experience in either telecommunications vendor or mobile operator environment

•   Implementation management or projector coordinator experience will be an advantage
