I was reading President Jonathan's Facebook wall where he said that in response to his call on the manufacturers and importers of cements in Nigeria to reduce the price, the price has dropped to 25%. Read his post below:

I received reports about increments in the price of cement last month and gave directives to cement manufacturers and importers to work with the government on reducing the price of the product. Today, I am glad to report to Nigerians that the price of cement has dropped by 25%. As I said in my inaugural address, with God's help, I will never fail you and will always put the needs of the common man above mine.
