Job Title: Recruitment Associate – Student Educational Travels

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employer: Cells and Environmental Systems (CES) Limited (Cells and Environmental systems Inc.)

Responsibilities:

•   To assist in developing, organizing, and executing recruitments plan for our world-class international Student Educational Travel services

•   To help actualize company vision, to help educate, nurture, and mentor future talents and achievers, from board-room to the field

•   To assist in engaging parents, students, teachers, principals, and authorities from high school to college-type institutions

•   Visit schools and other locations in order to seek out and inform potential clients (e.g. schools, parents, guardians, etc.) of company unique services

•   Assist in organizing and coordinating day-to-day or weekly-to-monthly company and clients meetings and information session

•   To participate in international travels, if required, in order to coordinate student's travels and tours

•   To help track and control respective business cost; and prepare business budget

•   To assist in preparing various types of application and assist clients in different application procedures with respect to educational international travels

•   To assist in preparing materials for presentation at meetings and information sessions

Requirements:

•   Minimum of OND, HND or BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Business Administration

•   0 – 3 years of experience in student travels, tourism/travels, educational consulting services, student's recruitments, or other education-related profession

•   Good personal presentation

•   Ability to write and speak English excellently

•   Be able to communicate ideas to diverse individuals of different background (students, teachers, student counsellors)

•   Should be outgoing with good interpersonal and networking skill

•   Must be able to speak in public in front of small group of individuals (clients-company meetings, etc.)

•   Be able to sell ideas and market company services to clients convincingly without being aggressive

•   Should be able to work individually with little or no supervision

•   Be able to multi-task and work under pressure

•   Be able to prioritize projects

•   Should be able to use PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and other related software

•   Should possess valid driver's license and international passport (require ability to visit clients location)

•   Preferably a female candidate

•   Preferably based in Lagos

•   Age (23 – 30)
