Job Title: Claims Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Ownership of the claims administration process

•   Liaise regularly with loss adjusters, insurance companies and clients on claims

•   Provide professional guidance to Management based on thorough data analysis

•   Provide intellectual support for team members.

Specification:

•   Diligent and result-oriented

•   An experienced professional with at least 7 years in a similar role

•   Good inter-personal skills

•   Strong communication skills (oral and written)

•   Graduate with minimum 2nd class lower/lower credit

•   Experience in energy and marine insurance will be advantageous

•   Must be a chartered insurer
