Job Title: General Manager, Business Development

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employer: Flux Logistics Limited (part of Superflux Group)

Responsibilities:

•   Lead a dynamic team of solution providers in Supply Chain Management

•   Accountable for the attainment of company's annual revenue plan (P&L)

•   Develop and implement aggressive business segment expansion programmes

•   Articulate local and regional footprint (Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa) for future growth plans

•   Identify opportunities to market innovative logistics solutions to current and potential customers

•   Manage key customer relationships and dynamics of sizeable transaction profiles

Requirements:

•   Have a minimum of 15 years cognitive experience, track record in managing SCM for multinationals such as FMCGs, Telcos, etc

•   University degree within the relevant area, Masters degree or SCM related certifications will be an advantage

•   Have excellent track record in closing large complex Third Party Logistics

•   (3PL) offerings, strong management, communication and presentation skills

•   Full corporate Profit & Loss responsibility

•   Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment; capacity to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines
