Job Title: Store Keeper II – Energy (2-year renewable contract)

Employer: International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA)

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable candidate for the position of Store Keeper II – Energy at its Headquarters in Ibadan.

Duties:

Successful candidate will among other things perform the following:

•   Issue PMS and AGO products through dispensing machines as required

•   Ensure actual dip reading of each storage tanks with opening and closing stock report on daily basis

•   Proper monitoring during AGO transfer to IITA Power House

•   Initiate RFP on oracle to replenish stock of fuel stocks

•   Ensure adequate receipts of fuel products procedurally

•   Keying in daily transaction information on oracle inventory module

•   Backstop as energy Store Keeper III in absence or leave.

•   Performs all other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualification and Experience:

•   OND in a numerate discipline or related fields.

•   Minimum of 1 year experience performing similar role.

The ideal candidate must:

•   Be familiar with computer applications

•   Have high integrity

•   Posses good inter- personal and communication skills (oral and written)
