Job description:

•   Provides leadership, guidance and direction concerning all facets of contract and operational delivery.

•   Provides HSSE leadership and awareness by ensuring that all requirements are implemented and followed.

•   Create and sustain a good contract team spirit within the project team

•   Lead weekly Assigned Project reviews.

•   Lead Project Management Plan reviews.

Requirements:

•   B.Sc. (Eng). Degree in Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management

•   Minimum twenty years post graduate experience.

•   Minimum ten years experience in the oil & gas industry.

•   Minimum five years experience in the designation.

•   Proven track record of managing multi-projects in general and Design, Engineering & Construction Management functions in particular, in the oil and gas industry.

•   Leadership experience across all operational functions.

•   Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes

•   Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

•   Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment

•   Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

•   Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
