Our client, a major Oil and Gas Operator have an opportunity for a Floatel Company Site Representative to work on a long term contract based offshore, Nigeria.

Description of the SERVICE – Act as Floatel Company Site Representative for the administration of Project personnel on board of the FLOATEL and as such to be responsible for managing the accommodation of all the personnel hosted of the FLOATEL being from Company, contractors, subcontractors, vendors or Visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   To manage day-to-day FLOATEL operations, in close cooperation with Site RSES-D, CONTRACTOR personnel, other COMPANY representatives

•   To coordinate activities with PROVIDER Barge Master and take leadership on behalf of COMPANY for all marine issues.

•   To manage associated logistic for inbound and outbound movements by surfer or helicopter for all personnel accommodated on the FLOATEL.

•   To follow up the forecast and administration of the personnel staying onboard the FLOATEL

•   To liaise as necessary with PROVIDER catering contractor, to ensure that at any time catering services are in line with actual POB, with contractual requirements and international regulations.

•   To interface with PROVIDER to provide him all necessary administrative and logistic data required for POB control such Contractor must receive under the provisions of the Service Contract between Company and FLOATEL Contractor to fulfill its duties.

•   To follow up and monitor of the Project Personnel Accommodation Plan with implementation of a 3 months look ahead in order to inform PROVIDER, and his catering Contractor in particular, of steps to be taken to keep FLOATEL capacity fully operational in accordance with up dated Construction Contractor and Company Personnel Offshore forecasts.

•   To keep appropriate tracking and recording of all personnel movements arrival departure duration site purpose, and so on by maintaining up to date the files paper and electronics PTS Personal Tracking system and various revisions related to the FLOATEL accommodated personnel.

•   To manage COMPANY personnel allocated to FLOATEL.

•   To coordinate activities with OML102 Marine Superintendent, other COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES and contractors for other OFON Phase 2 packages, for activities based from FLOATEL in due respect of COMPANY rules, SOLAS and international regulations.

•   The same above duty goes for the quantity forecast of fuel to be kept available on board for day-to-day operations and sea transport, to be coordinated with ONNE Project Team.

•   To perform recurrent reporting as required by Project EPC Offshore & Coordination Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:  – Minimum of 10 year's experience working on the design of Offshore Oil/Gas platforms is essential. – Prior experience working as a client representative for a major oil and gas firm is preferred.
