Job description:

•   Prospective candidates would be responsible for the complete life cycle of a new/existing software product in terms of development, from research and design to implementation, training and support.

•   You will be responsible for the replacement of a whole system based on the specifications provided by the CTO and IT analyst, but often you'll work with software developed by Rom-Flex, modifying it and integrating it. The skill in this is creating the code to link the systems together.

You'll also be responsible for:

•   Reviewing current systems

•   Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals

•   Working closely with analysts, designers and staff

•   Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes

•   Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live

•   Preparation of training manuals for users

•   Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

Desired Skills and Experience:

•   Server Side Scripting in PHP

•   Grounded knowledge in HTML (from HTML 4.x to HTML 5)

•   Javascript knowledge especially using jQuery framework

•   Object Oriented Designing and Modeling

•   Database Modeling and Design

•   Grounded knowledge in SQL scripting

•   Experience in a PHP Framework (Zend Framework most preferably)

•   Ability to work on a tight deadline

•   Good inter-personal relationship

•   Knowledge in web technologies

•   Good attention to details
