Job Objectives:

•   To be responsible for sales of iTECO’s Nework and School Solutions within Nigeria and West Africa by providing innovative customer service of the highest quality.

•   Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

•   Packaging and Selling Solutions

•   Market Expansion

•   Responsible for achieving set financial targets with respect to annual turnovers and profitability.

•   Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

•   Customer Relationship Management

•   Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

•   Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

•   Identifies product improvements or new products by keeping track industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Position and Qualification Requirement:

•   Minimum of 2 year post qualification experience in Sales&Marketing preferably sales in IT Solutions.

•   Minimum Second Class Lower Credit in any Social Science discipline.

•   A certification in Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
