Job Description

•   Emerson Network Power are looking for a Sales Professional of Thermal Management (Cooling) products in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. At Emerson Network Power we are committed to providing new-to-the-world solutions, as well as established expertise and smart innovation.

•   We are seeking commercially astute individuals with first class negotiation skills and a passion for technical product sales. This is an excellent career opportunity for a highly ambitious Sales Professional to join a global leader in protecting and optimizing critical infrastructure.

Example Responsibilities: (may vary depending on the job level)

•   Develop existing customers by increasing their awareness of Emerson abilities to maintain existing business and grow additional business opportunities

•   Identify and secure new business and new customers in Thermal Management business by promoting ENP products and services

•   Assist and support both current and potential customers on technical and project related matters

•   Provide timely and reliable yearly, monthly and weekly reports as necessary

•   Coordinate, track and manage the proactive liaison and negotiation with customers

•   Ensure that the Company guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding ethical business  operations

•   Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

•   Promote Emerson Network Power at every opportunity.

Job Requirements:

•   An entrepreneurial and decisive personality, self-motivated and dedicated with a will to win

•   Strong business acumen and passionate about sales

•   Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and influencing skills

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•   Previous experience of working in a sales environment, preferably in a technical sales role

•   Ability to successfully communicate with various departments and personnel in potentially stressful situations
