Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Employer: Inspection Service Company

Responsibilities:

•   Prepare weekly and monthly report to the Head, Human Resource & Admin Provides advice and guidance to the company on procurement matters

•   Knowledge of market survey and best practices of goods

•   Communicate properly with suppliers

•   Negotiates and purchases all required materials for service delivery

•   Analyses procurement requirements and selects the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practices, and experience.

•   And other responsibilities given.

•   Establishes a good Vendor network.

Requirements:

•   B.Sc /HND in Purchasing & Supply Management or any related discipline

•   At least minimum of 5 years' experience

•   Applicants from Engineering, Supply chain, Manufacturing or background etc.

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•   Good negotiation technique

•   Good communication skill

•   Experience in e-procurement

•   Experience in international procurement

•   Shipment and Clearing experience

•   Must be computer literate

•   Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage
