Job Title: Field Operations Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Job Description:

•   Determines and develops resolution to an assortment of problems encountered at the wellsite where analysis of situations or data requires

•   Pursues new businesses for the organisation and coordinates the bidding exercise where so appointed to

•   Ensures timely availability of information on work completed and assists in following up on receivables with clients

•   Provides management with operational and business feedback to facilitate better operational and strategic planning

•   Supervises the activities of field staff at wellsites to ensure performance meets clients quality expectation and safety standards

•   Assigns field operations staff/teams to contracts. Carries out staff rotation among multiple jobs as need arises

•   Makes requisitions for tools, equipments and financial resources required for the execution of contracts

•   Supports warehouse and logistics in the temporary sourcing/rental  of tools and machinery from peers and practitioners

•   Provides information on resource requirements for particular jobs to facilitate project budgeting and funding

•   Monitors project expenditure/funds utilization to ensure that there is efficiency and optimization in the use for funds made available

Requirements:

•   BSC/HND in any branch of Engineering (Member of society of petroleum engineers is added advantage and relevant )

•   Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in upstream operations
