Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Roles and responsibilities: Our client represents some of the world’s premier professional and consumer technology brands in Sub-Saharan Africa. At the core of their business is the Apple brand and products. They now have an opening for sales B2B Sales Manager in Lagos, Nigeria.

Objectives: Achieve targeted sales of Apple Hardware, Software, Services and related accessories through the corporate, business-to-business and education markets, while always delivering the best customer experience with regards to our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a database of corporate / education / Business-2-business customers.

• Build a quarterly account plan with clears objectives, actions and timelines.

• Develop relationships with key contacts (eg. CxO, HRDs) at corporate / education / Business-2-business customers.

• Identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing sales potential.

• Conduct industry specific road-shows / presentations / workshops etc. based on pre-agreed messaging and materials.

• Provide business solutions to corporate / educations / business-2-business customers.

• Co-ordination and management of resources to ensure proper implementation of business solutions.

• Develop new and leverage existing relationships/ product to sell Apple product

• Obtain confirmed forward orders / forecasts.

• Establish a robust and consistent pipeline.

• Promote sales of the company’s distributed accessories as part of solution.

• Compile quotations and follow-up on a methodical basis.

• Manage a target driven budget.

• Work with finance team to ensure timeous payment of customer accounts.

• Adherence to all company’s policies & procedures.

• Ensure correct stock holding through planning and forecasting by customer / dept. etc

• Maintain an accurate pipeline by product.

• Co-ordination and management of resources to ensure accurate and timely delivery of stock to customers.

• Timeous and accurate reporting, including, but not limited to: Weekly stock forecasting; Weekly pipeline reporting; Monthly budget review; Contact reports

Key Requirements:

• Must have a BSc (Hons) in any discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B / Corporates AND/ OR Education sales

• FMCG / Telecommunications experience preferable

• Knowledge of Apple products and services advantageous

• Proven experience of operating in a highly target-driven environment
