Roles and responsibilities:

•   Attended to vessel's on arrival & departure (Boarding as agent) at Lagos offshore or at berth

•   Apply and arrange for port clearance prior to arrival & departure of vessel

•   Arrange of inward Manifest & departure clearance from Customs

•   Supervise STS operation at offshore Lagos

•   Clearing / protecting vessels on arrival berth to her departure time as gent

•   Booking for Pilot for berthing of vessel & departing of vessel

•   Arranging and organizing Temporary Work Permit (TWP) for foreign crew members

•   Renewing passport and other legal papers for foreign crew

•   Managing ship Irregularities & helping crew with hotel reservations & logistics

•   Performing the tasks of conducting training for new employees to achieve performance standard

•   Ensuring proper use, repairs & maintenance of Ships and boat equipment's & facilities

•   Preparing daily report of boat movement

•   To ensure all approvals are in place for safe berthing of Vessels

•   To ensure all safety requirements are met prior berthing of vessels

•   To assist in seeking of approval from all relevant government agencies

•   To ensure all vessel trading documents are up to date & all registration with NIMASA are done promptly

•   To arrange for Temporary Work Permit (TWP) / renewal of passport & other Immigration documentation for our foreign crew

•   To coordinate repairs and maintenance functions to minimize loss of revenue

•   To keep vessel maintenance records, inventories & make proposal for maintenance & repair project
