Job Title: Graduate Management Trainee  

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Type: Full-Time

Employer: Prime Integrated Services Ltd.

Responsibilities:

•   To manage the delivery of a range of facilities management services, including office premises, furniture, equipment and vehicles to ensure that the premises provide a high quality, comfortable, safe and efficient working environment for all staff, customers and visitors.

•   To oversee the management of outsourced cleaning and security staff and services.

•   To manage the delivery of a range of administration services, including office contracts and provision of admin management information. To contribute to building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, business partners and suppliers) which enhance our operation to ensure that staff and other stakeholders are satisfied with services provided.

•   Annual Procurement policy reviews and updates.

•   Monitor tagging of all procured assets before deployment to the respective departments and users.

•   Office premises and general running costs monitored by checking monthly management account reports.

Qualification and Experience:

•   Candidates for this position must possess at least, HND/ BSc in any discipline,

•   Strong leadership skills; able to coach and motivate

•   Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
