EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

•   Flawless delivery of high-quality technical support for the hybris product in the entire APJ region

•   KPIs-based management and development of distributed, international teams

•   Strong collaboration with regional Customer Management

•   Strong collaboration with other support leaders

•   High-level de-escalation

•   Talent acquisition & development

•   Regional strategy & service optimization

•   Budgeting

•   Interfacing between SAP and hybris Support organizations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

•   Excellent spoken and written English

•   Chinese native speaker

•   Strong focus on customer success

•   Excellent leadership and team-work skills

WORK EXPERIENCE:

•   Background in Software Engineering

•   7+ years in a technical support, consulting or development role

•   5+ years in a support leadership role
