Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (M/F)

Role & Responsibility:

•   Supervise all electrical maintenance activities at the plant site including safety, costs, environmental aspects and equipment availability

•   Responsible for the electrical supervision for assigned projects

•   Maintenance and repair of electrical equipment

•   Coordinate and control the manpower availability on site

•   Prepare the electrical maintenance work to be supervised

•   Ensure high standards in electrical maintenance practices

•   Train delegated personnel with regard to electrical equipment

•   Assurance of our quality standards and safety regulations during the maintenance of electrical equipment

•   Technical elaborations/ audits with regard to electrical supervision

•   Ensure high standards in the provision of maintenance services in alignment with best maintenance practices

•   Secure optimal availability and maintenance of all electrical equipment

•   Plan and coordinate repairs and replacement of parts

•   Create the necessary purchasing requisitions for spare parts

•   Training of customer personnel with regard to our machines' operation

•   Continuous reporting to the Electrical Maintenance Manager

•   Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

•   University degree in electrical engineering or automation

•   Professional experience as Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in the cement industry

•   Sound knowledge of preventive electrical maintenance and  best maintenance practices

•   Very good understanding of safety and environmental regulations

•   Profound knowledge in PLC controls (in particular S7 and Profibus) and knowledge of the configuration of frequency convertors

•   Organisation and planning skills

•   Good communication skills, an ability to work in a team and a confident manner

•   Very good MS-Office and MS Project knowledge

•   Business-fluent spoken and written English

•   Further languages skills would be an advantage

•   Willingness to travel to various national locations
