an international company seeks to recruiting the following position(s):

Jon Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Salaries and Wages administration
- Human Resources Services/Welfare
- Human resources Information and Services
- Industrial Relations
- Review and Implementation of HR Policies

Required Skills/Competencies:
- First degree in any discipline; A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resources practice
- Computer Skills – proficiency in MS-office application.
- Ability to manage due process and procedures
- Strong negotiating and presentation skills
- Good communication skills – oral & written
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and effectiveness.
-Membership of CIPM will constitute an advantage.
