•   A graduate with 3-4 years of experience preferably in Telecom industry

•   Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University, IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc)

•   Ensure that improvement opportunities are identified throughout the entire service lifecycle.

•   Continually align and re-align IT services to the changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements to IT services that support business processes.

•   Review. analyze and make recommendations on improvement opportunities in each lifecycle phase.

•   Identify and implement individual activities to improve IT service quality and improve

•   Formulate, agree and maintain an appropriate SLM structure for the Service Delivery.
