Nigeria Immigration deports 10 Malians

The Nigeria Immigration Service deported ten Malians for being in possession of invalid travelling documents.

The Officer-in-charge of Nigeria Immigration Service office in Badagry, Lagos State, Mr. Danji Kabiru, told newsmen on Monday that the deportees were arrested at different locations in the country.

"They were found without registration and valid papers and were deported on Friday through the Seme border. The deportees were handed over to the Benin Republic Immigration authorities for their onward movement to Mali," Kabiru said.
