Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland (Surulere), Nigeria

Job Description:

•   Ensuresthe industry standard is maintained in relations to quality service, cleanliness, delivery of product and services.etc.

•   Ensures safety and healthy work environment for internal and external customers.

Key Function:

•   Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and achieved.

•   Monitoring the quality of the products and services provided.

•   Ensures production processes are strictly adhered to in compliance with the industry standard.

•    Inspection of all raw materials.

•   In – process monitoring and inspection.

•   Inspection of finished products

•   Monitoring of machines and equipment before, during and after production process.

•   Cold room monitoring to ensure the right temperature is maintained at all time.

•   Water quality monitoring.

•   Waste management treatment.

•   Ensures that products are available for customers and maintain high level of excellent customer service at all times.

•   Ensures compliance in issues related to food hygiene regulations which is in accordance with health and safety regulations.

•   Ensures products are delivered on time and in good quality.

•   Carryout hygiene control inspection.

•   Monitor all activities in line with the 'Hazard analysis critical control point' approach.

•   Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety.

•   Responsible for HSE matters and taken precautionary steps in regards to the industry standard.

•   Other duties as assigned.

•   Superior: Chairman, MD and GM

•   Colleague:  HR/Admin, Accountant, and Outlet managers

•   Subordinate: supervisors and officers

Qualification:

•   A  good first degree in Food science technology

•   One year working experience in a similar role.

NB: All Candidate must reside in Surulere and environs such as Lawanson, Yaba, Ojuwelegba, Costain, Aguda, Itire, Orile, Kilo, Jibowu and Masha.
