Job Title: Business/Outlet Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland (Surulere), Nigeria

Job Description:

•   Organizes, plans, controls and coordinates orders relating to marketing activities so as to develop and maintain sales of the company products and services in accordance with agreed business plans.

•   Oversees all aspects of operations and production within the organization.

•   Typically responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the branch.

•   Reports and resolve interdepartmental conflicts.

Key Function:

•   Co-ordinate and supervises activities in the outlet.

•   Ensure that outlet achieves set sales target for a daily/weekly/monthly periods.

•   Coordinating bulk marketing and soliciting new corporate customers.

•   Effectively manage and develop the performance of the subordinate staff, making sure positive result is achieved.  

•   Ensure effective management of stock by team member and reduction in waste level.

•   Record and report accurately activities carried in the outleton a weekly/monthly basis.

•   Carryout and oversee fire drills/practice within the outlet.  

•   Oversee day-to-day production activities in the outlet.

•   Write reports on business operations to the management monthly.

•   Develop new business opportunities to drive business profitably.

•   Make business presentations on behalf of the organization.

•   Coordinate business operations.

•   Develop business strategies.

•   Customer Service Relation.

•   Ensure that production equipment is in good and working condition.

•   Co-ordinate staff and materials to meet the restaurant target.

•   Framework and boundaries: Marketing, production and operations.

Relationships:

•   Superior: Chairman, MD and GM

•   Colleague: HR/Admin, Quality control, and Accountant

•   Subordinate: supervisors and officers

Qualification:

•   A good first degree in Business Administration or in a related field.

•   An MBA with specialization in Marketing or Operation will be an added advantage.

NB: All Candidate must reside in Surulere and environs such as Lawanson, Yaba, Ojuwelegba, Costain, Aguda, Itire, Orile, Kilo, Jibowu and Masha.
