Job Title: Frontline Supervisor

Location: Lagos Mainland (Surulere), Nigeria

Job Description:

•   Coordinate frontline activities to deliver good customer service.

•   Ensure highly clean environment of the frontline and dining area.

Key Function:

•   Responsible to order of re-order for product from the production department.

•   Ensure accurate daily sales analysis.

•   Handle and resolve customer's complaint amicably.

•   Ensure cashiers welcome customers with a smile.

•   Ensure cashiers thanked customers for patronizing the business.

•   Ensure high hygiene and clean/tidy environment of the frontline and dinning space.

•   Handle all customers' order, enquiries and report accordingly.

•   Coordinate cashiers and waiters activities to deliver good performance service.

•   Ensure cahiers comply with the dress code of the organization.

•   Ensure cahiers maintain proper food portioning.

•   Prepare weekly roster work duty for the cashiers and waiters.

•   Weekly activities report to the outlet manager.

•   Other duties as assigned.

•   Operating Environment: within the organization.

•   Framework and boundaries: Employee handbook and manual.

Relationships

•   Superior: Chairman, MD and GM

•   Subordinate: Cahiers, waiters and officers

Qualification:

•   A  good first degree in any social science course

•   One Working experience in customer service capacity.

Required Skills:

•   Problem solving skill

•   Communication skill

•   Interpersonal skill

•   Good leadership skill

NB: All Candidate must reside in Surulere and environs such as Lawanson, Yaba, Ojuwelegba, Costain, Aguda, Itire, Orile, Kilo, Jibowu and Masha.
