Job Title: Client Enrollment Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description:

You will conduct enrollment conversations by phone using our proven consultative selling process with prospective new members to qualify and enroll members successfully into our high-quality programs. If you (or someone you can refer us to) are a team player and have a combination of consultative selling skills, and customer service attitudes and skills, then we will love to hear from you.

Requirements – You enjoy working from your home office (ensure you have somewhere quiet to work) – You care about making a positive difference in the world through the work you do – You have at least six months of successful sales experience or you are willing to learn as fast as you can – You are skillful in sales conversations and enjoy making sales (if you ever sold anything and you enjoyed the after effect, you are just right) – You want to be part of a team with a worthwhile mission – You’re looking for the right long-term opportunity, not a short-term stint. – You are committed to personal and spiritual growth in your life – You’re a friendly, people-person that loves helping others – You love getting on the phone with people, actively seeking one-on-one sales opportunity as well as communicating via email – You are an excellent listener – Your written and oral communication skills are professional and polished – You’re self-motivated, and love getting things accomplished each day (because it feels good to you) – You are a stickler for details (people’s birthdays, following up) – You demonstrate the highest degree of reliability and integrity. You continue to “show up”, no matter what, even when you don’t know what to do next or haven’t met one of your goals – You take responsibility and hold yourself accountable – You are ready, willing and interested in learning our time-tested lead conversion systems and other company procedures, and to use them in order to succeed and to collaborate effectively with the rest of our team. – You are enthusiastic, professional, organized, and caring.

Responsibilities: – You will report directly to Hannah Edia (or manager as case may be), the founder and President. Hannah is a success expert and business start-ups coach. – You will conduct enrollment conversations by these processes: Networking or actively seeking new clients

Phone with prospective new members to qualify and enroll members successfully into our high quality programs. – You will also choose an area of development unique to your personality from the list given you and conduct personal research on this area. – You’ll schedule and maintain our online calendars, to make sure appointments and tasks are done on time. – You will interact with me and other members of our virtual team by phone and email to accomplish all the above responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications: – Previous successful sales experience or strong evidence of sales potential is a must Inbound and outbound telephone sales experience, skills and etiquette are needed – You must have excellent written and spoken English, excellent spelling as well as excellent arithmetic skills. – You must be capable of using Microsoft Office, own a laptop, internet connectivity and a workable phone. – College Degree is a plus but not a must. Position open to other qualifications (Company is Result-oriented) – Must have a space to work and be willing to network on your own and as a team – Your schedule must allow live telephone conversations with our team, and clients – Successful applicants must undergo a background check and reference checks. – Optional but a plus is if your experience and skills include any of the following: book writing, marketing; information product creation or marketing copywriting.
