PTDF Want Federal Govt To Support Nigerian Students Abroad

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) has urged the federal government not to abandon Nigerian students abroad to their fate.

The executive secretary of PTDF, Mr. Oluwole Oluleye wants the FG to render different kinds of assistance to students who are studying outside the country as they always encounter different sort of challenges like illegal immigration problems and unlawful detention.

Some of the students, he said are having problem with the renewal of their documents.

He disclosed that there are over 70 Nigerian students in China, 60 in Malaysia while majority of them are in the United Kingdom who have some challenges.
