Microfinance Bank located in Lagos Mainland is looking for highly qualified and proactive bankers for the following position(s):

Position: Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be part of the management team and report to the Managing Director and carried out the following functions among others:
•   Development of credit and marketing strategies needed to drive the bank's products.
•   Play a key role in funds mobilization.
•   Responsible for monitoring and appraising of marketing and field staffs.
•   Development and reviewing of credit products to meeting the customers' expectation.
•   Responsible for credit appraisal and packaging of credit to credit committee.

Qualification and Experience:
•   Minimum of Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma in any social Sciences
•   5 years experience in both universal bank and reputable microfinance bank.
•   Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, AIB and MBA.
