Tamosax Resources  is an Indigenous company that deals with safety wears and equipment, import and export, manufacturer representative and general contract. We are looking for potential graduate with potential skills to fill this position.

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Description:

o   Ensure that all visitors are welcomed in an appropriate manner and that all visits are properly logged and referred to the appropriate quarter

o   Receive all deliveries (including mail) and maintain an appropriate record of all deliveries that come in and leave the office

o   Receives phone calls and keeps accounts of all inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments

o   Maintain a log of calls received and take messages where appropriate, in the instance that the target audience is unable to take the call

o   Liaise with the security team to ensure that entrance to the office is properly monitored and that all visits are appropriately logged

Requirement

o   OND in any social sciences courses

o   Excellent customer service skills

o   Excellent organizational skills

o   Proven communication skills – ability to communicate politely and professionally over the telephone and in person.

o   Good IT skills and confidence/proficiency in all Microsoft packages

o   Attention to detail and accuracy

o   Ability to work under pressure and solve problems whilst retaining a professional demeanor towards all clients, customers and staff.
