Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is currently recruiting the following position(s):

Position: Manager-Legal Services (REF: MLS 11)

The Job:
•   Reports to the Company Secretary, provides first line advice on legal matters and determines areas requiring external legal support, reviews routine and standard agreements and contracts; ensures regulatory compliance with all relevant government agencies. Liaises with company solicitors, builds in-house case documents and represents the Company in the Courts; establishes and manages process of KYC (know your customer) matters for facilitation of customer credit facility and registration of suppliers & contractors; assists the Company secretary in handling issues on Corporate Governance Codes and Company Code of Ethics.

Qualification: LL.B, BL

The Person:
•   Organized with good analytical, reasoning and evaluation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
•   Candidate must be well versed in law and able to perform assigned tasks in good time.

Experience:
•   10 years cognate experience in a reputable law firm.
