A farm in Surulere requires the service of a qualified person to fill this position.

Responsibilities: – Manage our hatchery and nursery in the production of catfish fingerlings and juveniles – Lead our existing staff in the management of our grow out concrete ponds. – Drive the business and work with your staff to ensure success. – Work within best practice environmental guidelines. – Ensure the farm maintains quality standards – Record keeping – Adequate knowledge about drying and smoking – Feed formulation.

Qualifications and Requirements: – B.Sc/HND in Animal Science, Agriculture, Social Sciences or other related discipline – At least 2 years experience in CatFish Farm Management – Strong Personality and leadership skills with good communication skills – Ability to work well under pressure with little or no supervision. – Ability to hatch and manage fries to juveniles.
