Job Description:

-    Interpret labor agreements.

-    Manage negotiation preparation as required.

-    Manage or assist the negotiation of mid-term collective bargaining agreements effects bargaining with assistance from the Director of Labor Relations.

-    Manage grievance procedures. Investigate employee grievances and provides response/resolution recommendations.

-    Participate in the Site Labor Relations Council for strategic labor relations planning.

Job Qualifications:

-    BS in Human Resources or related field required

-    Experience working in a Union environment as spokesperson for negotiations, arbitration hearings, and labor relations meetings is required

-    Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management, labor/employee relations is necessary

-    Experience investigating and resolving discrimination, harassment or code of conduct related complaints.
